Unable to load DLL Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll

Hi,

Error CS0041 Unexpected error writing debug information -- 'Unable to load DLL 'Microsoft.DiaSymReader.Native.amd64.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)' project name Location name\CSC 1 N/A

I have tried to install the dll from nuget (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38965620/could-not-find-microsoft-diasymreader-native-x86-dll). but no luck.

environment:

Windows 7

VisualStudio 2017 community edition.
