Uncheck Radio Button like Checkbox after click

I have two radio buttons above. I want to uncheck them after click like a checkbox. How do I do that? I am using HTML, ASP.NET in visual studio 2017

Then use this
$('input[type="radio"]').click(function() {
   if($(this).is(':checked'))
{
    $(this).prop("checked", false);
}else{
$(this).prop("checked", true);
}
});

place this in your aspx page
$(function(){
var check;

$('input[type="radio"]').hover(function() {
    check = $(this).is(':checked');
});

$('input[type="radio"]').click(function() {
    check = !check;
    $(this).attr("checked", check);
});





})
