Upload Image with Logo As WaterMark

First add watermark:

Then load the image.

I think you can mix 2 images using .NET GDI Graphics by assigning alpha values to the top image pixels to make them semi-transparent, then draw the top image on the background image using the Graphics.DrawImage Method.
