I am getting the error:
The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
when I try to add a credential to authorize VS to deploy my project to Azure. I am not sure that what I am doing is what I need to do. The attached zip should have a jpeg showing the dialog. When I click on OK in the dialog, I get the error shown above.

Thank you, Suthish; your article helps. It helps to know that we need to use the "Management Certificates" section to create the certificate and that we need to get the Subscription ID from there. That got me past the error I asked about.
Now I am getting the error "The remote access certificate does not have a private key.". That might be caused by other things I did trying to get things to work, so you might not be able to help with it. I will work on it myself.
