The "errorCode:7" error message you are seeing when trying to upload multi models in Autodesk Forge Viewer indicates a failure to load the document.
There can be a few reasons for this error, listing out the probable ones below as far I think:
1. The model file(s) may be corrupted or invalid. Verify that the model file(s) are in a supported format and that they are not damaged.
2. The model file(s) may not have been translated correctly during the Forge Model Derivative process. Check the Forge Model Derivative logs to ensure that the translation process completed successfully.
3. The Forge Viewer may be experiencing connectivity issues.
To troubleshoot the issue further, you can try the following steps:
1. Check the Forge Model Derivative logs to verify that the model was translated successfully. If there are any errors or warnings in the logs, investigate and address them.
2. Ensure that the model files are in a supported format and that they are not damaged or corrupted. If necessary, try re-exporting or repairing the model files.
3. Try uploading and viewing a different model in the Forge Viewer to determine if the issue is specific to this model or if it is a broader issue with the Forge Viewer.
See if the above steps helps you in resolving the error. let me know.
