The URL for my deployed website look like

http://ComputerName/FolderName/NameWebContentForm.aspx

Is it possible to change the URL to

http://FolderName/Name.aspx
or
http://ComputerName/FolderName/Name.aspx
or
http://ComputerName/FolderName/Name
