Use of namespace declare in web.config

The purpose of the namespace section is to get around having to do the import in the .aspx page. Code behind in C# still requires you to have the using statements at the top of your .cs file.

you don't need to import on every .cs page in the application - wrong, you can access only at .aspx page, but as per your need namespace add at .cs page.

If you define the namespace in web.config file, you don't need to import on every .cs page in the application.
