Using Field From More Than Table

am write code to retrieve data from more than one table and some of field in table are same Like Table Items Description And Table Divisions have field Description and when i want to retrieve it into text box i face error

What can i do to solve it

the Select Statement in Sql Server Work 100% but in C# No
