Validate if the uppercase key is active or not C #

Hello my name is STALIN.

I am trying to do a validation of a program, when it activates the "Mayuscula" key you print a message that is active (Active) and that the vielvas to press delete (Inactive)

Eh been tried with "KeyUp" and I have not had good results

If I understood your requirement properly, are you asking to check if capslock is ON while entering password/string.

Below snippet will help you with this
var capsLockIsOn = Control.IsKeyLocked(Keys.CapsLock);
