Values of free online certification
I have completed on free online certificate on ranksheet.com in .net. I want to know this certificate add value to my resume or not?

Yes... one should add all the certificates that one have in the CV.
It depends on person to person.
Some employers consider it a good sign and some feels that it has no value.
Nothing wrong in adding the certification in CV.
Sometimes it helps in clearing the interviews fast. Some interviewers also see the certification and make an impression that the candidate is enthisiastic to learn new things and concepts.
I don't think, it will make any bad impression/impact anywhere.
