Virual Map \ Map point Integration with C#

Hello,

I am developing a C# winforms application to retreive the near by Point of Interest ( POI ) list and Map of a particular geographic location within a limited radius from the Longitude and Latitude provided.

Anybody having idea about Microsoft Virtual Earth Map point ?

Please help., Kindly provide examples or related links
