vs2015 the Devenv Command

 Hon'ble Sir's and Madam's please help. Say what to do next..

I have used  Devenv command to reset to default settings accurately but in vain..Your option also I have tried but keyboard action with mouse helped. Same error came again and again..Your option was:-

 

Tools->Import and Export Settings->Resetting all settings(overwrite) and save my settings both but when I try for the next button using keyboard or mouse the same error occured .....

 

 How can I work ???
