Want to learn wpf,wcf,ajax,LINQ

This is satish, working as a trainee software engineer (6 months Exp) in Runcode software solutions.
I have better skills in C#, ASP, ADO, and Sql server 2005. Now i would like to learn WPF, WCF, WWF, AJAX and LINQ.
How to start and how to approach and what should be the system requirements, could you kindly help me. fcan you forward any material or any reference,  I am looking forward to your honorable reply
