WCF service which solud be accessible from two specific URL

You should call the webmethod with the suitable connection string. So you have to modify the WCF method as below:

  
      "ConnectionStringForState1" connectionString="..."/>  
      "ConnectionStringForState2" connectionString="..."/>  
      
Adn then you could call the connectionString when you want to do
conn = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings[ConnectionStringForState1].ConnectionString;
