I want to build a web analytic application using C#

I know that the classic way to do it is by using java script

do you know what are the advantages/disadvantages of building it using C# over Java Script

Is there a way to do all the client side with c#?

You'd probably want to use a combination of the both of them. Do what you can client side with javascript but where you might need to work with strongly typed data or run operations against a database, you might prefer to do that in C# server side.
