I resolved the problem..

1. Share/Administrator is the system account with password never changes?

2. Share/Administrator is used while installing SharePoint?

Also don't provide the "Share/Administrator" password in the app pool. Provide the user id and password in the SharePoint Central Admin using switch user (found in the top right corner)

I Set the password in Application Pool .But when I am creating web application I m getting these error.

Did you verified the password of the "Share/Administrator" ?

Because the error clearly says password is not correct.
