WebAPI and WCF in same application

there is a significant difference when you say WebAPI or WCF. Please take a look.

First drawback would be the maintenance of both the things.

Second, clients consuming these services may get confused.

You should decide (based on who are your consumer) whether to go for WebAPI, or WCF.
