Website taking long time to load dashboard redirection

I tried it but still taking same time. I am confuse because whole page is loaded within 10 seconds but another 15 seconds are taken in redirection after login so total time is around 25 to 30 seconds. Please suggest.

For your picture , what I can suggest you are as follow:

1: Check this request , it costs most of the time !!

 

 

2: Combine the request for the static resources . For example , combine font-awesome.min.css,kendo.common.min.css and kendo.default.min.css for one request , not three!!
