What went wrong when creating a WCF RESTful Service?

So what I did was I followed the follow intstructions: http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/47548d/create-a-wcf-restful-service/ to a tee, but when I launched it I am not able to see my employees on the browswer.
