What would be the reason for unexpected session timeout

what is the reason for unexpected session timeout

if i keep the session.timeout to =20

in aspx page

and in web.config

and in iis level

then also my website is causing unexpected session timeout with in 5 mins

what would be the reason(Iam usin IIS 5)
