When I make Executable setup of my project it is not working

Question

I am Bilal I developed application on wpf C# and now I want to publish and I am making setup using Install shield 3rd party tool ,but when i install on machine and try to open it nothing is showing on screen on the other hand when run from visual studio it working just fine ..... can any one of you help making running setup...
