whether the job change will affect my career?
I am 4 years experienced . net developer. I am working on an MNC for 8 months. which will give only 8% max of increment on my current CTC 5.8 this year. I am really worried about the salary I am going to get. And I am working for 12 hours a day on the deliverables with no scope of learning anything new. Its my second company now. Can I switch to the new job with higher pay 8 lpa and good programming scope?! Could someone advise please?!

Job Switching is not an issue but problem is Job Satisfaction. If you really want to change then look for a company where you can see growth in term of your goal and longer perspective and you are satisfaction level in that job, industry and etc.
because if you are satisfied with job you can work in little less salary as well as you can work for 12 hours daily. And don't go for early switches repeatedly one is fine.

Both salary and learning are my real concerns. Is the job change won't affect my future career then I will go for it.
I am dreaming to become an social entrepreneur in 10 years. It will be a product based company. Where I can innovate my own management.
I need money to build my dreams. Cheers!

If you think, you deserve more they are giving , you can talk to higher management or you can negotiation to another company.
but if you want to learn , you can learn after spending 12 hours with work and during the work.
During the work:
1. You can assist the Junior
2. you can review the code.
3. you can optimize your code
Before your office hour, you can plan your studies activities.
