Hey Durga, Yeah it's more than enough if you are planning to learn Core Java. If you are planning to learn web development then you need to have a web server.I would suggest Apache Tomact. Not required.Make sure you download the offline installer so it doesn't ask internet connection while installing the application. Good luck

Hi Durga, Both are better IDEs which is very popular because it's free.It depends on what type of application you are gonna develop. I would suggest you to use Eclipse which is comparatively a little bit fast compare to Netbeans.
