which .Net library should i use?

I would like to draw a chart on a WindowsForm & WPF. My platform is the .Net core 2.1. What the library should offer:

• The results should be pretty.
• A 2D, 3D, HeatMap type of chart would be a big plus.
• possibly a lot of data - Should generate hundred new datapoints per second.
