Nice to see you started with SSIS...
I dont read any books for SSIS, rather i used to google and get to know about each transformation and component inside it which is very easy than reading books, since we can see many real time approaches which we will not see in a book.
When i was about to start with SSIS, i read one book released by Microsoft Press
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services Step by Step - by Paul Turley et al
Which is very intersting and easy to learn.
You can also go through my SSIS tutorial if you want to see some real time samples in the link http://f5debug.net/ssis-tutorial/
Let me know if you need any help in SSIS or any BI tools...

@Suthish -- Yes that exactly every experts will suggest us... It will really good always to real from the real time examples. In books they will keep on providing the basic things about the component/transformation and give a small example... If we go through MSDN and other top bloggers site we can find interesting topics with real time samples.
