The reason is this: If we have a Employees table we consider each row as a employee, so the table itself is a collection of employees.

A table is a single collection of employee here so its create a single instance.

Sorry, I meant VS. EF is Entity Framework, which does the same.

A table is a collection of employees, but a single instance is an employee. EF detects this and adjusts it whenever possible.
