Why JQuery allows more than on document.ready() in one page?

document.ready() is like any other function only. it fires once the document is ready - ie loaded. so it does not matter if you have more than one of that.

 

and if you had more than one, they will get executed and On first Called first run basis.

 

the question is not can you write multiple times, question is shold you?

 

Try not to overuse them, as it will seriously affect readability.  If you want to have multiple things executed on document ready, create separate funcitons of them, and call one by one in single document.ready()
