why second time page load faster then first time page load

in recent interview one question, i had not understood or u can say i didn't have an answer

question - when page load first time in the browser takes some time but same page load in second same browser its load faster why?

Please share an answer .

You can think it in terms of caching where browser (after processing the data for the first time) does the caching of the pages/information and that is the reason second time it loads faster.
