i am stuck this qus in interviews.. interviewr akesd me
why we use abstract class..what is the use of abstract class and where and when we use in sql

please give the real example also for the intervw

Anjali we should use ABSTRACT class in below scenarios:

(01.) When we need to implement abstract methods (only signature) as well as nonabstract methods (full method).

(02.) When we need to keep ( common implementation + different implementation )

(03.) Abstract classes allow us to provide default functionality for the subclasses. So when we need to provide default functionality for all sub classes then we should use abstract class.

abstract is use to hiding un neccessory data for example wall clock ... it showing time but we dont need backend of that clock .. how this is work
