Ahh .. I know Microsoft AdCenter.
Microsoft AdCenter and Yahoo ad networks are pretty bad when it comes to revenue. We had tested them. While averate revenue from Google AdSense is $500 per month, Yahoo and Microsoft is less than $40 per month. So they are not worth.

I agree. Actually, Microsoft takes developers and their feedback very seriously.
I am not sure if Microsoft's ad platform is any successful. Not aware of that.

I sent them so many emails to change my password(because i forgot),and they never returned.Im very disappointed with them.After i saw these companies,Microsoft seemed very very developer-lover in my eyes.
There was a "Microsoft Money" thing.Is it still alive?

I've got reply from Google; after getting rejected the first time, I send another application with c-sharpcorner.com as my website. I was expecting to get rejected because I'm not the owner, but instead they said this:
Maybe it's meant by "unique content", but then it's weird that they don't have separate category for domain/website ownership.

How is the progress with login removal for author pages?

I resubmitted the account details again with my article links. Lets see this time, what they looking for.

I think by having access to a member page without logging in to the site will resolve this issue (if that is the issue). It is very frustrating, Google does not respond quickly and they do not resolve issues. This is what happens with large corporations. They do not care for small players.

It was not a problem from Google or the members here.

Before releasing to users, new release must be tested and verified.
This will be more helpful for the Admins also, instead of wasting their precious time.

I've used this same address, which was filled in automatically when referred from this website to Google's application form. Yet I've got rejected, because of pages requiring visitors to log in.
I then resubmitted my application with website address "http://www.c-sharpcorner.com", which will probably got rejected as well, since I'm not the owner.

Is there any way to cancel or update my application? I've waited one week for previous one and I can't resubmit until I get rejected again.

In my account's Google AdSense configuration my Primary Website is:
www.c-sharpcorner.com/Authors/AuthorDetails.aspx?AuthorID={myid}

Where {myid} is my id, but I don't remember doing anything special to set that; I would not have known how to create that URL. So perhaps it is a matter of problems for people outside the US but if not I hope we can solve the problem. If it is primarily a bug in the beta version of the software then hopefully it is just a matter of giving them time to get the bugs out.

Yes Sam. I think it worked for you because you probably put your Forums member page or site page? Plus they are more liberal with US users :).

Does that explain why it worked for me but not others?

I think we may have found the culprit. Right now, all member pages needs users to login to see the pages. I think this is why Google is unable to review the pages.

Resolution: We are going to remove the authentication from the member pages.

Wait for now. We are thinking to revert back Google Adsense. It seems like it is having major problems and Google is not responding us.

Google is just the simplest way. You sign-up with Google and Google pays you direct. C# Corner does not deal with any revenue. If we will have our own, there are many legal foundations and US govt. does not allow us to give money to non-USA citizens plus it will put lot of extra work for us which is not feasible to do. Even to pay within the USA, we have to have their social security and they have to fill out legal paper work. It's just not an easy task.

Still work in progress. We will see how something like this can be implemented. If not, we will just increase and add more prizes and awards.

If we have our own then why google?

"something wrong at your end."
"You must be using some third party API"

and so on.

This is a beta trial and if does not work out, we are going to implement our own system.

Let me find out how AdSense works. We are (Google) having hard time approving guys from outside of USA.

For you, it should be simple. You just sign-up for a new AdSense account or use existing if you already have it. Will find out and write better instructions on it.

Remember, it is still in Beta and we are testing it to see how it works.

Okay, Mahesh, I found the links in My Account. I was confused, since I thought that My Account meant your account. You meant that each one of us has a link for our own account. I see two links; one for a PDF explaining how it works and another for doing the setup.
 
Do we need to go to the setup link after getting the Welcome message from Google? When I did just now, it said that the Google account was active but the c-sharpcorner account was pending but then the c-sharpcorner account changed to active after I viewed the code that is used in this web site. So the details of the procedure is a little fuzzy.
 
Also, in the PDF you say that articles on subjects that are not written about anywhere else except MSDN are the most likely to get traffic. I think that articles on subjects that are not written about anywhere else including MSDN (but should be in MSDN) are the most likely to get traffic.

Manikavelu, why not just click on the link and see what happens? I did. The sign-up is easy at the beginning but after filling in the first one or two forms it gets complicated. You eventually get to pages that says things like you will not put ads on pages that have adult material, so you need to be careful that c-sharpcorner.com does not do that (just kidding). They do have many rules. The sign-up process does end up getting complicated but that is because you re usng the same sign-up that is used for any and all web sites. I assume that when you do get approved, you can use the account elsewhere also.
 
I registered last Thursday and received a Welcome message that day. On Friday I received a message saying I must do a setup for my AdSense and the result of that was code I needed to put into my web site. Since the web site is the c-sharpcorner.com web site, I am not sure if the registration is necessary and if the registration could cause a problem for the c-sharpcorner.com web site. I hope Mahesh provides some guidance on that; I should look at the article he has in his profile or whatever.
