Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of complex AI/ML models and algorithms, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AI/ML solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform model development, employing market mix modeling techniques to optimize marketing strategies and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process.
Experience & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong emphasis on Python and market mix modeling.
- Proficiency in AI/ML development frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and natural language processing (NLP) tools.
- Solid understanding of data science principles and methodologies, with practical experience in applying them to real-world problems.
- Proven track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
