Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI software techniques, focusing on AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Jax.
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to address business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate AI/ML technologies into our products and services.
- Conduct thorough data exploration and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for model training.
- Profile deep learning workloads, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance performance and scalability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in AI/ML, leveraging this knowledge to continually enhance our solutions.
- Uphold code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices and participating in code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.
- Proficiency in Python, C, C++, Java, and related frameworks (NumPy, Scikit, Pandas).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software architecture principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the entire software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
