Infosys is seeking an experienced and innovative Angular Lead to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will lead the development of high-performance Angular applications that drive our clients' digital success. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions while guiding a team of developers to achieve technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- User Requirements Analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user needs and envision system features that enhance user experience and functionality.
- Design & Development Leadership. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Angular applications, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices. Prioritize features and manage expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Performance Optimization. Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and propose effective solutions. Evaluate the trade-offs of custom development versus existing solutions to optimize system performance.
- Team Collaboration & Support. Foster a collaborative environment by contributing to team meetings, mentoring junior developers, and addressing development and production issues across diverse environments.
- Architecture & Validation. Understand and implement architecture requirements. Ensure that design and development activities align with architectural guidelines and deliver high-quality results.
Preferred Skills
- Angular Expertise. Extensive experience with Angular frameworks, including versions 2 through 15. Proven ability to leverage Angular features to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- UI & Markup Languages. Solid experience with AngularJS/Angular 1.x and other related technologies.
- Leadership & Problem Solving. Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, solve complex problems, and drive technical initiatives to successful completion.
