As an Assistant Manager in our Accounts Payable team, you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence in financial operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high-level customer service both internally and externally, as you manage the intricate accounts payable processes with precision and expertise.
Responsibilities

Deliver Service Excellence. Execute tasks in alignment with established controls and procedures to ensure top-notch customer service for all stakeholders.

Process Optimization. Handle invoice processing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, including PO and buy-sell processes, while reconciling vendor statements and managing GIRIR clearing and debit balances.

Quality Assurance. Maintain the quality of AP processes, addressing any non-compliant or non-standard processes within the country.

Stakeholder Management. Collaborate with internal and external partners, managing multiple relationships effectively to achieve shared goals.

Leadership. Lead and guide your team, providing support and direction in their daily activities to ensure optimal performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA Finance (with B.Com as Graduation)
- Relevant Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Particularly skilled in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- ERP Proficiency. Experience working with various ERP packages, including JDE & SAP.
