Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Manage CI/CD Pipelines. Build secure, efficient CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines to support seamless delivery of services.
  2. Cloud Infrastructure Management. Implement and manage cloud landing zone controls through CI/CD and IaC pipelines for new client projects, ensuring consistency and security.
  3. Optimize Cloud Infrastructure. Enhance the functionality, stability, and scalability of services and applications to meet growing demands.
  4. Incident Management & Support. Provide support for live applications by resolving incidents and addressing service requests to ensure minimal downtime.
  5. Collaboration with Stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders to provide reporting and assist with accreditation across the cloud hosting platform, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills

  1. Education. B.S/M.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional training and experience.
  2. Cloud Expertise. 7+ years of experience working with enterprise-level AWS environments.
  3. AWS Knowledge. Expertise in key AWS services, including.
    1. EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud)
    2. RDS (Relational Database Service)
    3. CloudWatch (Monitoring and management)
    4. CloudTrail (Audit and logging)
  4. System Administration. Strong experience with both Windows and Linux system administration, along with Golden AMI approaches.
  5. Collaboration. Proven ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  6. Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  1. Industry Knowledge. Experience in Global Markets, Banking, or Financial Services.
  2. Cloud Accreditation. Professional certifications and experience across multiple public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  3. Security Tools & Cloud Management. Familiarity with tools such as Crowdstrike, Terraform, Tenable, CloudCheckr, and other cloud security management systems.
