Responsibilities
- Providing production support by diagnosing and resolving software issues promptly.
- Designing, testing, and documenting complex applications software to enhance functionality and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the design and testing of banking solution components.
- Assisting in the design of new screens, documenting requirements, and preparing test plans and cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- 3+ years of Banking domain experience. In-depth understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulations.
- Four or more years of Banking product design and support experience. Proven track record of designing and supporting banking products to meet client needs.
- Experience in bank software design and development life cycle. Proficient in software development methodologies and requirement specification documentation.
- Master's degree or equivalent. A strong educational background in a relevant field, complemented by hands-on experience.
Nice-to-Have
- Worked in the HOGAN domain. Familiarity with HOGAN software solutions would be advantageous in understanding our systems and processes.
