C# Temp project (40-60 hrs)

Develop a small application that will take one format and convert it to another (two formats in all). All these formats are simple text (ASCII) that contains time, position, and velocity data in a fixed width fields (not delimited). We have a prototype that was developed and we are looking for someone to make it functional. All development must be in C# (C# supports a good file handling library), MS Visual Studio 2005, OOP&D and Windows XP. Estimated time to complete the software will be between 40-60 hrs. Other formats will be added in the near future, so the application will need to be scalable to handle that. Specification of each format and prototype source code will be provided.
