As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers and partners, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) Enterprise Services to guide them in making the most of their investments. Your role will involve leading technical discussions, identifying and resolving blockers, and driving adoption of M365 technologies, with a special focus on Copilot growth. This is a customer-facing position with flexibility, allowing you to work up to 50% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Customer-Centric Approach
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, ensuring their satisfaction by providing in-depth expertise in M365 Enterprise Services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, M365 Apps, Azure AD, Endpoint Management, Security & Compliance.
- Drive customer success by understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers to Microsoft’s product teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
Business Impact and Growth
- Accelerate the adoption and usage of M365 solutions by working with business and technical decision-makers to showcase the value of Microsoft's cloud offerings.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers preventing customers from fully leveraging M365 services.
- Lead technical discussions that demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies and ensure seamless implementation.
- Work according to Microsoft’s best practices and policies while leveraging repeatable intellectual property (IP) to drive efficiency.
Technical Leadership and Innovation
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously upskilling in M365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio/AOAI.
- Actively participate in relevant Microsoft and industry communities to share expertise and learn from peers.
- Contribute to the development of reusable solutions and best practices to help customers accelerate their digital transformation journey.
Key Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in SharePoint Development, Microsoft Teams Development, and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and how it integrates with M365 services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, system administration, software development, or technical solutions architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience working in a customer-facing technical role, driving solutions and adoption.
- Proven track record in solution architecture, implementation, and support of M365 and AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of Graph API, M365 Apps, OpenAI platform, deep learning, neural networks, and search indexing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, identity management, and how they apply to M365 and Azure solutions.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and leveraging partner solutions to enhance customer success.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to assess business needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, designing M365 Copilot solutions, and conducting workshops for Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs).
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing senior IT executives and decision-makers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive consensus and resolve conflicts effectively.
