As a Financial Analyst specializing in Contract Operations at Google, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our contracting processes. Your expertise will be utilized in facilitating smooth contract execution, driving policy adherence, and spearheading process improvements to optimize operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Support Contracting Operations. Provide comprehensive assistance in day-to-day contracting operations, including addressing policy queries, resolving contract execution blockers, managing access reviews, and processing signature requests.
2. Oversee Google Cloud India Commercial Agreements. Take charge of contracting operations for Google Cloud India commercial agreements, including managing quarterly close procedures and continuously refining signature procedures for enhanced efficiency.
3. Knowledge Management. Establish and maintain a searchable knowledge repository containing policy decisions and guidance for customer-facing teams, ensuring easy access to critical information and fostering informed decision-making.
4. Process Improvement. Proactively identify areas for process enhancement within contract execution, collaborating with internal Google teams to implement solutions that streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in contract management/operations or sales operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects related to accounting, finance, transformations, or integrations or change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in or understanding of working with Enterprise sales or Cloud computing.
• Experience communicating with executives.
• Familiarity with corporate governance rules, risk management content, or central tracking and monitoring of controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
