We are seeking a Consultant for Internal Audit/Control Testing to join our team. In this role, you will lead client engagements focusing on governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects related to GRC, internal audits, and process reviews for diverse clients across industries.
- Independently manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Develop and execute audit procedures to achieve desired results.
- Draft comprehensive work programs and perform audit work in accordance with approved guidelines.
- Analyze and evaluate data to form objective opinions on the effectiveness of control systems.
- Ensure that control activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and high administrative standards.
- Report findings and provide recommendations for control deficiencies, operational improvements, and cost reductions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA or CA).
- Certifications such as CFE, CIA, or CISA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in drafting clear and concise written reports and presentations.
- High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to manage audits from inception to completion, including drafting programs, conducting meetings, performing test work, and preparing reports.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and PC skills (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Solid understanding of risk, audit, and controllership domains.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client projects.
