Content Developer

As a Content Developer at Insight Global, you will collaborate closely with our client to develop digital content that enhances partner success within their customer success model. You will manage and create content packages, ensuring they are tailored for partner consumption and effectively support their roles. This role requires a strong background in partner marketing, content development, and content management.

Basic Qualifications

1. Experience. Minimum of 5 years as a creative content writer/developer with a proven track record.
2. Language Skills. Exceptional written and oral English skills.
3. Technical Skills. Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; proficient with MS Teams and MS 365.
4. Design Skills. Experience in graphic creative design, content writing for flyers and pitch materials, and designing ads.
5. Tech Stack Experience. Experience with ServiceNow or similar tech stacks.

Pluses

1. Project Management. Experience in project management and content management.
2. Technology Experience. Preference for candidates with a background in technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Management. Collect and inventory existing content related to customer success. Analyze content to identify assets that can be leveraged for a partner audience.
2. Content Creation. Edit and customize content to be partner-facing, ensuring it is relevant and engaging. Identify content that requires creation or removal and update outdated content.
3. Content Package Development. Develop targeted content packages for various partner audiences. Utilize content management skills to create engaging digital assets across multiple communication mediums.
4. Collaboration. Work closely with internal and external content production team members, departments, clients, and vendors. Socialize new content packages with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the packages.
5. Enablement Kits. Develop and execute plans to deliver new enablement kits to targeted partner audiences. Publish and manage a community site to support content distribution and engagement.
