Seeking a talented and highly motivated C++ Programmer/Analyst - Technical Lead to design the next generation of our system. The individual candidate will work within the project team and outside teams to develop an integrated architecture. Prospective qualified candidates must have experience in systems integration and will be expected to analyze existing systems and make recommendations for future development. The candidate will lead code reviews and work to maintain our coding standards while also working on the actual code development in a lead position. Technical Requirements: - 8+ years of software engineering experience in C++ on Windows/Unix - 4+ years of experience in system integration - Experience in gap analysis - Familiarity with billing systems and accounting is a plus - Experience with XML and Web services is a plus - Experience with accounting best practices and billing systems is a plus - Strong communication skills are a must - Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
