Luxoft is seeking a skilled CyberSecurity Analyst to join our team, focusing on security event analysis and investigations. As a CyberSecurity Analyst at Luxoft, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets by analyzing security events and alerts and investigating potential threats such as phishing emails.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of cybersecurity professionals to identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents. Your expertise will help ensure the integrity and security of our clients' IT systems, providing critical insights and recommendations for improving overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze security events and alerts from various sources to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Investigate and respond to incidents, including phishing emails and other malicious activities.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, including analyzing email headers, attachments, and links.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on your findings.
- Work closely with other security team members to address and mitigate threats.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to ensure continuous monitoring and response to security incidents.
Mandatory Skills
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in the analysis of security events and alerts.
- Proven experience in investigating phishing emails and other security threats.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of security technologies and best practices.
- Experience with security event management and analysis tools.
