Responsibilities
- Data Preparation & Quality Assurance. Evaluate raw data, assess quality, cleanse, and structure it for downstream processes.
- Algorithm Development. Design accurate and scalable predictive algorithms tailored to meet business needs.
- Collaborative Implementation. Partner with engineering teams to transition analytical prototypes into production-ready systems, ensuring seamless integration.
- Business Insights. Generate actionable insights from data analytics to guide and improve business decisions.
- Statistical Analysis. Apply statistical methods to deliver precise, high-quality data insights that support decision-making.
- AI & LangChain Experience (Preferred). Experience with AI frameworks or LangChain is a plus for enhancing data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years in quantitative analytics, data modeling, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, classification techniques, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, and SQL.
Big Data & Visualization Tools
- Familiar with Big Data frameworks such as Cassandra, Hadoop, and Spark, along with data visualization tools like Tableau for compelling data storytelling.
