GetOnData is seeking a talented Data Science/ML Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a robust real-time bidding system within the retail media landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement bidding strategies optimizing for KPIs, considering budget constraints, targeting criteria, and user behavior.
- Develop advanced machine learning algorithms and optimization techniques to enhance ad targeting, relevancy, and user engagement.
- Utilize data mining and statistical analysis to identify patterns and opportunities for bid optimization.
- Scale bidding infrastructure to handle increasing demand efficiently.
- Engage in technical architecture discussions and collaborate with a diverse team to execute solutions.
- Work with cutting-edge machine learning and distributed computing technologies in a highly scalable, cloud-based environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the advertising industry to guide technical decisions and feature implementations.
- Innovate and implement various ad tech features, privacy frameworks, and integrations with external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Science/ML Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in high-volume transaction systems (>100k transactions/second) and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) AdTech.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and advertising technologies.
- History of successfully shipping products related to AdTech RTB.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and distributed computing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
