As a DevOps Engineer at Amdocs, you will immerse yourself in the design, development, modification, debugging, and maintenance of our client's software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, streamline processes, and ensure the seamless integration of infrastructure and deployment systems. 

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the automation of infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Collaborating with Product/Account Development teams to drive automation of Configuration Management, Build, Release, Deployment, and Monitoring processes.
• Providing professional support for developed automations to prevent system outages and ensure environment availability.
• Participating in the integration between Product/Account infrastructure systems and non-Amdocs infrastructure systems.
• Staying updated with industry best practices and contributing ideas for improvements in DevOps practices.
• Implementing new technology in the account/product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in CI/CD and MS domains, familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration tools.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code, with hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python, Groovy, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience in build, release, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-based scalable distributed systems.
• Familiarity with RedHat or other Linux distributions and Service-Oriented systems.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
