We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Lead to drive and manage our DevOps practices, infrastructure, and automation processes. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure delivery pipelines. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, champion best practices, and provide innovative solutions for infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud management.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define and implement the DevOps strategy to support organizational goals and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated deployment.
- Optimize build, test, and deployment processes to ensure minimal downtime and fast feedback loops.

Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design and management of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or others).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Monitoring & Security:
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Drive best practices for system security, ensuring compliance with standards and securing sensitive data.

- Act as the key point of contact for all DevOps-related tasks, coordinating with stakeholders across departments.
- Provide regular status updates, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, trends, and technologies, and recommend improvements.
