Responsibilities
- Autonomously guide large-scale projects from technical design to successful launch.
- Automate testing, deployment, and related tasks to optimize software delivery.
- Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure through effective management.
- Implement robust monitoring systems for infrastructure and applications.
- Solve complex architecture challenges and uphold architectural standards.
- Lead by example through code reviews, documentation contributions, and addressing high-risk issues.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to solve company-wide challenges.
- Mentor and elevate team skills through knowledge sharing and mentoring sessions.
- Participate actively in Agile software development practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify and address system vulnerabilities to ensure robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in DevOps tooling and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong software development skills in Kotlin, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Expertise in automation with a focus on writing automation scripts and testing frameworks.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium or equivalents.
- Proven track record in building scalable and performant distributed systems.
- Ability to mentor and influence decision-makers across the organization.
