As a Consultant at Infosys, you'll be integral in delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients across various stages of their business journey. From problem identification to solution implementation, you'll lead engagements, ensuring value addition at every step.
Responsibilities
- Engagement Leadership. Lead consulting efforts, from problem definition to solution deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Proposal Review. Analyze proposals, offering guidance and identifying potential risks and issues.
- Change Management. Identify change management needs and propose structured approaches to clients, utilizing effective communication mechanisms.
- Team Leadership. Coach and inspire team members, providing subject matter training and timely feedback to drive high performance.
- Thought Leadership. Demonstrate strong business acumen and cross-industry thought leadership, staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Collaboration. Utilize logical thinking and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Domain Expertise. Leverage deep understanding of Energy Oil & Gas, Midstream, and Utilities domains, particularly in ETRM functional areas.
- Client Interface. Exhibit strong client interfacing skills, ensuring client satisfaction throughout engagements.
- Process Knowledge. Apply knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, along with awareness of various pricing models for project financial processes.
- Project Management. Manage projects and teams efficiently, contributing to organizational initiatives while adhering to guidelines and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ETRM, particularly in Energy Commodities and Products.
- Proficiency in software configuration management systems.
- Sound business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Familiarity with industry-specific pricing models and financial processes.
- Excellent client interfacing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Project management experience preferred.
