As a Senior Manager in our Client Incentive Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our incentive programs worldwide. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you'll oversee the end-to-end process of client incentive contracts and payments, driving excellence through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships across functions and regions, ultimately contributing to Visa's mission of being the best way to pay and be paid.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development. Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Global Partnership. Collaborate closely with the global Client Incentive Operations team to ensure consistency and alignment of business processes across regions, driving operational excellence and standardization.
- Contract Management and Compliance. Review and approve client incentive contracts and payments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to accounting policies and SOX controls.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to fulfill contractual obligations, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting. Monitor team performance through balanced scorecards and process excellence frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of incentives to clients.
- Project Leadership. Lead and support initiatives such as system enhancements, process improvements, and reporting enhancements, driving continuous innovation and efficiency gains.
- Analytical Support. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with strong leadership and people development experience.
- Experience working with Big 4 Consulting Firms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to motivate teams, drive results, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle-based applications, with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
